Alex "Al" Young – Secretary Treasurer / Business Agent / Organizer / Political Coordinator
Al has been a long time Teamsters in many roles over the years. Al started as a Teamster at the newspapers. Al moved his ways up through the ranks to become President of Local 2040. Al went through the strike at the Detroit Free Press and Detroit News. Al has been organizing new companies for years, bettering the lives of non-represented workers. Al is passionate about the politics of Michigan and across the country that impact workers’ rights. He also represents all of the Local 337 Frito-Lay locations, which is very demanding. James "Jim" Parrinello – Vice President / Business Agent / Director of Organizing
James had his first Teamsters job at Local 299 company Docks Automotive starting in the warehouse and ending up as a local driver. He then went on to work the docks at Central Transport before becoming a semi-driver for Consolidated Freight. He was a committee man for the dock employees and then became a volunteer Organizer. He worked as an Organizer for the I.B.T. before becoming a Joint Council 43 Organizer for six years. He is currently a Business Agent for Local 337. James represents the following companies:Hazel Park Racing Association, Northville Downs, Northville Downs/Hazel Park Harness Racing ABF Freight, All-star Vending, Coca Cola, Coolseat (Pipe Line), Eisenhardt, Eugene Welding, Ferguson, Gerry’s Distributing, ISD of St. Clair County (RESA), Mechanic/Cintas, Pros Services, Emterra, Schafer Bakery Div. of Perfection, Smith Distributing, Earl Smith Distributing, Theut Products, UPS, Waste Management of Michigan, Trojan (AGC agreement) and Power Process Piping (AGC agreement) and First Student.

Todd Lince – President
Todd had his first Teamsters job with Mobil Oil Corporation as a fuel transport driver and was the Chief Union Steward. He then went to work for Teamster Local 283 as an organizer and business agent. While at Local 283 he served as a Trustee, Recording Secretary and Vice President. Todd also has a bachelor’s degree in Labor Studies.
Todd has represented many large companies, such as Mobil, Exxon, Marathon, BP, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Faygo, Seven-Up and others. He currently represents Michigan Dairy, Great Lakes Wine & Spirits, RNDC Warehouse and Maintenance and Country Fresh.

Tony Reisdorf -- Recording secretary
Tony became a Teamster in 1998 working for Coca-Cola where he spent his first years as a merchandiser and then quickly became a driver for a total of 17 years with the company until he started working for Teamsters Local 337. He was a Drivers Union Steward for
5 years.

Jeff Lee --Trustee / Business Agent
Jeff a 20 year Teamster, came to Local 337 after driving for Kellogg's for the past 12 years. While at Kellogg's, Jeff served as the Union steward for the previous 8 years. He also served on the Executive Board at Teamster Local 51 as a Trustee and then as Recording Secretary. Jeff represents our members in the Bakery, Laundry, Linen Industries and some paper products.

Davied Hughes -- Trustee
Davied, a 17 year Teamster was hired as a Local 337 organizer in 2016. Davied started his career with the Teamsters at Better Made Snack Foods back in 2001 and was also a Union steward. Kurt worked at Sysco in the warehouse for many years and moved on to U.S. Foods and served as a Union steward.
